Tutto. La casa grande piena di luce. Appena apri la porta c’è un odore di pulito. Tutti utensili necessari in cucina, e anche di più. Dal terrazzo vista mare. Una zona tranquilla ma con tutti servizi vicino.

Very cozy apartments — everything is thoughtfully arranged, with lots of kitchenware for every need and all the necessary household appliances. Perfect for a family of 3–5 people. A nice and large urbanization area with well-kept plants — it was pleasant to stay in such a green place. The beach is really close — about a 10-minute walk. The bus stop is just 5 minutes away. Communication with the hosts was smooth and comfortable. Special thanks for helping us organize the airport transfer.

The nearest large supermarket is not very close (about a 20-minute walk), which is worth keeping in mind. There are no sunbeds or benches by the pools, so there’s nowhere to sit.

Está muy bien equipada, muy limpia. Se puede ir andando a la playa en 10 minutos.

We would like to thank Denys for being such a great host. He went the extra mile and made our stay absolutely stress free! The house was clean and very comfortable, we found everything we needed for our stay. Nestled in a beautifully landscaped development, the house is conveniently located within a 10-minute walk of Playa Elche - beautiful beach with very fine sand. Late in the evening we would take a 20 min stroll to the local promenade with a number of nice restaurants and souvenir shops. Another plus point of the development was swimming pools. The pools were clean, not crowded, pleasant and relaxing! Highly recommend!

Beautiful apartment. Very modern, good appliances, very well equipped. Loved the pretty area and security.
