Mooi groot huis op een goede locatie. Compleet ingerichte keuken, en ruime eet- en zithoeken.

De capaciteit van de boiler (voor heet water voor de douche) is zwaar onvoldoende voor een huis met ruimte voor 8 personen ! Als 2 personen na elkaar (kort) willen douchen is het warme water al op. Het huis heeft wel aandacht nodig, bv. qua schilderwerk buiten, en de niet functionerende schuifdeur naar het terras. Sleuteloverdracht (zowel ontvangst als inleveren) moet fysiek in Ebeltoft plaats vinden, bijna 20 km verder. Dat kan toch moderner (bv. via code op de voordeur, of eventueel een sleutelkastje aan het huis).
