The restaurant has lovely food

The shower wasn't hot,band there should be a kettle in the room

Good staff, proactive manager, tasty food

Liked the food and location and good factor was they allowed pets to stay.. a big appreciation for that.

The bathroom were dirty as the drain hole was choked with dirt . Blanket provided had a hole in it. There were only one pillow provided

I don’t like the cleanliness. There were flies in the room. Bathroom drain hole was chocked with dirt. They still need to work on the cleanliness of the rooms. The blanket had a hole(burned by cigarette) the blanket was bubbling.

The room was booked by me for my Husband and his brother.But when they arrived there they were told that the room whichever was booked was not available and they had to pay extra of 1200 more and take an AC room.Apparantely there are no non-Ac rooms in this hotel. Then I received an email today from BOOKING.COM as the whether I checked in or not!Something fishy.

Room is full of misquotes and tv cide also not good and bathroom kits also not available and room keys also not working while we are going out side

I did not like the stay

Service, room interior, low class bed, poor house keeping and poor response for calls.
