"IT WAS A VERY BAD LOCATION AND EXPERIENCE"

The staff was nice

1. Parang squatter area ang iskinita (although hindi naman sya squatter area) maingay at makalat yung labas bago ka makarating sa place. Amoy aso pa sa baba ng mismong building. 2. Pictures were not updated. There is no stove hence it caused us so much trouble especially we need something to cook for New Year's Eve. We tried to request for it pero kami pa ang gumawa ng paraan para lang makapagluto. 3. Hidden charges everywhere. You need to pay 200 per day for using their water dispenser and another 200 per day for using the refrigerator. 4. Unclean carpet and some bedsheets. Some bedsheets were obviously binaligtad lang. May garapata pa kaming nakuha sa carpet.

"Was horrible. The owner lied to us and said it’s not the same room because it’s an upgrade but it was definitely not."

Nothing. It wasn’t the apartment we rented. We had to climb 5 flights of stairs a get through a gauntlet of dogs.

Wasn’t what we rented at all. There is no front desk and they always are asking for more money.

The property is conveniently located near the airport, stores for basic necessities are available within the vicinity and the property owner is very accommodating and responsive. Plus the fact that basic facilities are available such as oven, refrigerators, eating and kitchen utensils.

It is good and accessible. There are stores and a palengke nearby. It was also easy for us to commute as it only took us 1 or 2 rides to our destinations. Location is very near the airport. We even walked from there when we checked-in. The Mansion is recommended for family or barkada travellers na gustong makatipid especially sa food. They have kitchen where you could cook food for yourselves instead of eating somewhere. It has utensils and a ref. Thanks to Mr. and Mrs. (owners). Til next time.

"Exceptional"

Its location is good and accessible. We actually just walked from the airport when we checked-in. There are convenient stores and palengke nearby and it only took us 1 or 2 rides when going somewhere. You could even go to the LRT station in just one tricycle ride. The apartment has a kitchen in their rooms with utensils. Perfect for family or barkada na gustong mag tipid at magluto nalang instead. Thanks to Mr. and Mrs. (owner) for the good accommodation and being part of our Christmas vacation.
