Todo muy bien. Es una zona muy tranquila. Natalia muy amable y servicial, que nos ha dejado muchos detalles para el desayuno/merienda, como para las visitas turísticas de Oviedo y conocer la zona. El ático está muy limpio, cómodo y bien equipado, que no le falta de nada, y con vistas al Naranco. Hemos estado muy a gusto.

The accommodation was exactly as described on the website and was well maintained by the host. We were welcomed by Natalia at check-in, who handed over the apartment keys and kindly offered recommendations for restaurants in Oviedo. Parking within the building complex was straightforward, with easily accessible facilities. The property is conveniently located near Monte Naranco and just a 15-minute walk from Oviedo city centre. A small supermarket nearby was particularly useful for purchasing groceries during our stay.

Todo! Natalia nos trato bien, nos recibió bien en todo momento. Nos sentimos como en casa. Fui con mi familia y mi hermanito disfruto mucho la piscina y el chikipark que tiene la comunidad. Gracias, Natalia! Muy recomendado.
