Todo excelente, check in sin problema de horario, casa limpia y amplia, camas cómodas, en zona tranquila y cerca del acceso a autovía con coche para recorrer la isla

Por decir algo que la tercera habitación y baño se encuentran en la planta superior con entrada independiente y que en los baños no había más que un solo rollo de papel higiénico por lo demás no se puede decir nada realmente negativo

La casa es amplia y hay muchas habitaciones.

No había casi limpieza, había cucarachas y no había casi recursos para hacer nada.

Good size, good space and clean. 15 min walk to a store but a bit pricy, better in El Medano! El Medano is a nice place, good restaurants. 30 mins easy walk. Bus service available but infrequent. Property downstairs will accommodate a wheelchair. If two families sharing upstairs is a self contained double bedroom plus kitchen etc.

In the flight line of the airport, can be very loud, a conversation stopper. Only 2 sun beds on the patio none on the upstairs sun deck. No furniture at all upstairs. The hot water was limited to the kitchen sink and the shower. None at the sinks or bidet.. To obtain a hot shower it’s necessary to run a lot of water off first, boiler being in the kitchen. To use the sink to shave, dress wound etc with hot water it’s necessary to fill it from the shower head! Cutlery is very basic, plastic picnic type stuff, unpleasant! The property is in a residential area that has a lot of unattended dogs… incessant barking! The bbq was unusable and unpleasant.

Peaceful, well equipped, Alfonso was helpful, would go back

smoke alarm would start beeping about once every 24 hours, think the battery needs changing, though was able to mute the bleeping so not a big problem

Flat is very calm, silent, even the nearby airport didn't disturb us. El Medano is a nice small town full of life. I recommend you to rent a car for this location as it is not in the town itself but in the outskirts some 1.5 kilometers away . Landlord is very friendly and helpful. . We also liked the fact that there were two bathrooms in the flat!

There are no restaurants or bars in the immediate neighborhood. For us this is no issue but for someone else it might be 😊
