"A great stay in Orkney"

Patricia is an amazing, unflappable and incredibly welcoming hostess and a fantastic cook. The breakfasts were freshly cooked and delicious with lots of options. Her dogs are sweet, friendly and great fun. Scorrabrae is a well-positioned B&B with additional self-catering facilities, which was exactly what we needed as a family. Once a pub, the historic building has immense charm and character, and a great view over Scapa Flow from all the bedrooms. The beds were comfy and the heating worked well. Would love to go back

It was absolutely perfect for us as a family of five with pets but, if you are looking for the Ritz and immaculate 5 star opulence, this probably isn't for you. Instead, it has loads of character and is founded on love and life
