"Staff were reqlly friendly and helpful"

A few problems with the pool- we could’nt use it due it being not cleaned properly / something wrong with the piple , when it was completed, was still abit dirty so did’nt use the pool. Shower also over flooded- something wrong with the drain, this happened twice.
