We (group of three) have stayed three evenings (Sep 25-28) in the apartment Suite 2. The first evening was pretty cool and we found the heat not working fine. The heat in the bathroom and the small room (pictured) were not working at all. During the afternoon of our second day of the stay, we have texted and called the host, indicating that the heat wasn’t working. We were assured that there’s no centralised heating and what we need to do is to just turn on the heat. We followed and left the apartment for dinner. When we were back at 9, it’s freezing. Also there was no hot water. The host indicated that someone was fixing it as the switch located in Suite 3 has been turned off. It’s still freezing (4 degrees on Sep 26) and despite repeated request of arranging a different room / portable heating device, no response. We were left unattended other than being told that the problem has been fixed by husband of the manager. Dialogue copied FYI. The rest of the apartment was function, despite not in a good shape for sure. See the damaged walls and relatively dirty oven. We will not go there again even it’s free of charge, perhaps it’s OK during the summer time.

Good layout, Good Parking, Good Sized Rooms.

Needs updating and maintenance, kitchen chairs were weak and cracked, mattress in the front room needs replacing, springs in the mattress poking out (got a bad back from it), cobwebs in every room and corridors, shower was blocked, fridge door was broken, kitchen was not very clean, upstairs shower was leaking into our kitchen, all the bedsheets and pillows had a very bad odour. Overall the stay was not good.
