MARBELLA BANUS SUITES - Banus Playa Rocio Sea Views Apartment

Excelente ubicación y entorno El departamento está dentro de un condominio con un parque realmente hermoso y muy bien mantenido, ideal para relajarse. La ubicación es inmejorable: a pocos minutos caminando de la playa y con un centro comercial cercano que ofrece muy buenas opciones gastronómicas. En general, una estadía muy cómoda y práctica para disfrutar Puerto Banús.

La piscina estaba cerrada durante toda nuestra estadía, a pesar de que al momento de realizar la reserva —unos 20 días antes— no se informaba nada al respecto. Recién al llegar nos comunicaron que no estaría disponible, siendo que fue una de las principales razones por las que elegimos este alojamiento. No hubo ningún tipo de reconocimiento ni disculpa por el error, lo cual resultó muy decepcionante.

The apt. Was clean and good views.

The gate was not operacional for m9st of my stay and I had to walk longer distance around to the beach.

The location is unbeatable, as you leave the communal gardens you are literally on the beach! The apartment was clean & pretty, & was provided with all the essentials (from hair dryer, to beach towels, to a clothes drying rack & iron!) The chek in process was perfect. We were met on site and a lot of information passed on to us.

A few snags, but nothing that took away from our wonderful holidays (none of the toilets have locks, so, being 5 of us, we found that a bit uncomfortable. & 2 of the chars in the terrace were broken, so when we all wanted to sit there, we needed to bring a chair from the inside. The check out process is not very convenient. We had to go down to the car, take it out of the garage & park it on l the pavement while going back up to leave the keys in the apartment)
