Quirky, beats staying in a hotel.

Arrived a little later than expected due to train issues but this presented no issue as just went to security office and collected from the lock box. Accommodation was cute and had everything we could ask for including hot drinks and some well thought out snacks.

Stairs were a little steep when getting up in the night but this is only a small issue for me as I have issues with my knees. Ordinarily this wouldn't be an issue and makes great use of the space.

Very clean and comfortable floating home. Excellent self check in details by the host. Plenty of amenities and a good supply of welcoming goods by the host, very nice touch. We had everything we needed for our short break. Lovely marina walks with plenty of restaurants to choose from. We drove into Brighton town centre.

Beautiful apartment with lovely view. The pictures confused me, I thought I was staying in the brown floating houses, as there is no pictures of the actual outside of the house on Booking.com. On Airbnb there are actual pictures of the outside but didn’t see that until today. I think a picture of outside is needed to avoid this. Having said that the place is lovely and clean and done out to a high standard. Downside was neighbours not sure if they rented or are living there all the time? On arrival and the whole time was a smell of cannabis and they partied till 3 am on a Tuesday evening. So noisy, could not sleep.

Stylish, clean, and comfortable without being cramped in a compact space. Very thoughtful amenities: coffee machine with plentiful supply of pods, welcome basket of fruits and instant porridge oats, plus milk in the fridge. Directions were comprehensive, and hosts were easy to contact and swiftly responsive. Super quiet and peaceful at night, some neighbours passed early hours but otherwise we only heard the charming clinking of rigging in the breeze. Attention to detail was unsurpassed, from individual bedside glass water bottles, to the bow on the loo roll! Seascape is done with style and care.

Just a takeaway to guests that the entry gate to the floating homes can be a bit hit-and-miss because of the weathering, so persist and it'll work.

It was very compact, shower pressure very poor and extremely hot inside the apartment, it was a sweat box and despite having a fan it was too warm to sleep well
