Super easy, host messaged the day off with full instructions of how to get into the property and parking instructions

Positioning was great - easy to walk to restaurants in Hove and Brighton. Had everything we needed and dog friendly

So much bigger than you think like the tardis. Very close to the sea front which was ace if you are a parkrunner as had the beach hut 4 huts away from the parkrun hut and right opposite the first timers sign. Good to have the garage for the car but it is a tight fit. Flat is kitted out really well and comfortable the shower was lush. Jo really good communication and chatty not just practical felt she was genuinely keen for us to be comfortable and have everything we needed. Lovely book in the front room for information either nice photos. Would certainly stay again & use the beach but more 😊

Felt a little odd at first as the place is basically someone’s house with all their stuff but I got over myself and was fine!!

The apartment was very spacious, comfortable, clean and had everything we needed and more, for our stay. A big bonus for us was being able to park the car in the garage and not have to worry about parking permits. It's central to Hove and just over a mile walk along the sea front to Brighton. It's also just a 5 minute walk to the fabulous beach hut! Jo, the host, was so kind & helpful with my questions and tips for our stay, we really felt at home there. We will definitely be rebooking for next summer when we hope to get better beach hut weather! A+++

Very comfortable apartment with good facilities. Friendly owner, good communication before and during stay. Great location, close to sea front and about 30 minute walk to centre of Brighton. Easy check-in and check-out. Owner was very flexible with time of arrival and departure. Would definitely recommend.

Some minor confusion about parking arrangements prior to arrival. Listing says parking available (included in price) but it wasn't that clear cut. Two visitors spaces on site for a block of 30+ apartments (needed written permit for overnight stay). Garage parking allocated for the apartment but it was a very tight squeeze. If the car hadn't fitted then it would have needed an on-street permit at £5 per day (not included in booking price) and would have been a lottery as to location of any available space. This could have been clearer in the listing. Other than that, no issues!

Location was very convenient and the flat was homely. Instructions were very clear and everything was very easy to find.

There was one garage and we had to search offsite for a parking space for the second car .However the host provided parking permits which we had to pay £5 for a day which was very helpful for this area .
