Location idéal. House is like a tardis. Bigger on the inside than the outside! Had everything you might need The plants were a nice touch.

The property was very clean and comfortable. The location was brilliant......three minutes walk from the beach. Also the host was very considerate and helpful. I would definitely love to stay here again.

I can't think of anything, to be honest.

There were a number of appealing factors about our stay at this property. The entertainment was good and made our cosy night in enjoyable. The cleanliness of our stay was top notch and it was very comfortable.

Only a couple of things let the stay down. The floors aren't level, which made sleeping bareable but awkward. No lock on the bathroom door due it being the wrong size and nearly all appliances were running off of extension leads.

This was most certainly NOT value for money. I was a 'superhost' in Felixstowe for several years and know the properties. This was the ONLY dog friendly place available so we had no choice but I didn't expect it to have a broken sofa ( nearly did my back in sitting on it ) and to be freezing cold when we got there. It took a while to warm up so it would be thoughtful to leave at least one heater on for guests, No heating at all in the shower room so we couldn't use the shower. I can imagine that in the height of summer it's a useful location and good for families but we were chilly and not very comfortable.
