Location was very central, however building had no signage to indicate that we were in the correct place.

Issues with no electricity meaning no air conditioning for two hours in 34c, unable to use fridge, shower or any kitchen appliances after a day of travel. Q&As on booking com state on first floor, be aware there’s no lift and two flights of stairs with luggage. Only one key for family of 5, did after asking obtain external entrance door code but apartment key kept sticking in lock which wasn't great after returning from opera at nearly 1am in the morning. Our complaint about lack of electricity was not taken seriously, we were lied to advising we were only without facilities for 20 minutes when we know how uncomfortable we were and for how long! Very poor customer service. Arrived 17:40, difficult to identify apartment so called and were met and shown into apartment. Unfortunately we found no electricity in apartment despite neighbours having power. This meant no fridge for cold water, showers and more importantly no air conditioning in 34c sweltering conditions. Each time it was reset it kept tripping. We were told an engineer would be here within 1 hour, this was nearly one hour after arrival and suffering in a red hot apartment. This is less than ideal after travelling 5 hours to arrive to a very hot apartment flat in 34c temperatures. Electrician finally arrived nearly two hours later. Temporary fix, which meant he had to return next day. Despite our written complaint no compensation was offered for the discomfort, not having use of AC, kitchen or showers and inconvenience of engineer visits. Would not recommend!

The aircon tripped several times if all units were on and at 35 degrees the aircon was a necessity. More instructions for aircon, dish washer etc would have been helpful.

the location is brilliant just be prepared for alot of steps. also exit at Rialio and not where your told a this is quicker. The apartment is beautiful you will love the location
