The room had no ventilation

Its a Scam. This has by far been the worst booking experience I have ever had. I booked three rooms about 10 days in advance and paid an advance amount to this hotel. We were traveling as a family and had journeyed nearly 500 km to reach this place. One day before our scheduled stay, I received a message stating that my booking had been canceled. I tried calling the hotel multiple times, but no one answered. I also attempted to contact the person from FabHotel who had collected the advance payment—there was no response from them either. When I contacted FabHotel customer support, they told me that my booking was only “temporarily reserved.” Upon reaching the hotel, I was informed that all online bookings had been canceled. The person at the reception didn’t even ask for my name and simply stated that all online reservations were canceled. I am still unsure whether my advance payment will be refunded. This experience makes me believe that FabHotel/Oriva may be running a serious scam. I also heard from locals that this property frequently changes its name and online listings to cheat customers out of their booking amounts. Do not book this hotel unless you want to risk being stranded and forced to find an expensive alternative at the last minute.

Booking for this property is handled by fab hotels and they messed it up royally. They overbooked the hotel room and we were stranded without a room standing in the middle of the road with a six months old baby. They overbooked the rooms and when i called customer care, they listened and disconnected the call and just cancelled the booking. Pathetic service and customer service, never book any rooms handled by Fab Hotels.
