AC not working

The hotel was built to be a very good one. The beds are of good quality and the AC works. Don't expect beyond that. The staff is not unfriendly but is generally a disinterested observer. They will help if you ask but I guess they wont go out of the way to please you.

The upkeep is atrocious. The bathrooms were poorly maintained although the taps worked, and hot water was available 24/7. They need to employ some professional cleaning staff. They cleaned the room while we were away and left the door open without closing the lock. When we complained, they claimed the staff was about to finish though there was no cleaning staff in sight on that floor. Nothing was missing though. Sadly, the dust layers on the tables and chairs were a real put off. The room windows had no view and opened into a dark. empty passage.

Good facility ! The staffs are good too. The breakfast arrangement is very ordinary, even cutleries are not cleaned.

Dirty cutlery, all cups, glasses at the breakfast table. No hand wash in the washroom.
