Kalamata Center Ground Floor 2BR Apt with Small Yard & 1Gbps Fiber

It is really a very nice apartment. The photos are absolutely correct. Facilities very good, coffee in the Kirche 😀, very clean, safe area, the car could be parked in front of the house without any problems. Location is great, you can walk directly to the old town via the main shopping street, the landlords are very nice, we also got tips for restaurants and used them. If we come back to Kalamata we would book with Tassos and Maria again. Thank you for a great holiday 👍

Location - a few min walk to main pedestrian shopping Aristomenous street. Located on a dead end street so very quiet Parking - private spot outside door. It’s a skinny lane so you either back in to park or back out to get out. Bedrooms - first had large bed seemed bigger than queen but smaller than king, the second 2 twin beds. Both spacious with large closets and hangers. Each bedroom had its own AC. Bathroom - large, mirror and sink and laundry condo washer/dryer. Good water pressure, hot water. It was SO GREAT to be able to do laundry. Owners supplied us with 5-7 laundry pods. We didn’t know how to use the machine and video called Maria and she explained what settings to use. Terrace - table with chairs. Greenery cover provided shade. Had room to put laundry drying rack. Full kitchen - we did not cook but it’s a full kitchen. Nespresso machine and owner provided coffee pods. Nice touch! Tons of plates, glasses, cups, dishes etc, even spices for cooking etc. full fridge with a small freezer Extra - laundry drying rack, ironing board iron, baby high chair, games and more that were in closets we didn’t look into.

Nothing. It was perfect! Hosts were attentive! Only suggestion would be to have laundry washer manual on top of it so we do t have to bother hosts.

Clean house, really close to the City Centre. Definitely recommend it.

Wow this little appartment is amazingly set out. Theres a coded door so no looking for keys, the owners dad is upstairs and as it is down the lane (the nice neighbours on the corner helped us find it) there was parking to. A 10 min walk (turn left as you walk out the street) into the city center believe me its worth it we walked for hours and had amazing food and drinks at different bars. worth the stay thank you for letting us.

Lovely accommodation and very responsive hosts. Enjoyed the stay there. A little tricky to find but we were provided with easy to understand instructions so had no problem. We felt very safe in the apartment

Amazing apartment with a very good location. The place was very clean and quiet. The apartment is really big and fresh. The facilities were new and really nice to use, you have everything needed there. We parked the car just in front of the apartment, which was very easy. Our stay exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it!
