Beach Apartment Bungamericas - Sea View Playa de las Americas

Very good location , fittings and furnishings were excellent . Apt. of about 50 sq. ms , with a balcony of about the same size , With a perfect sun orientation . Taxi rank and bus service adjacent to the property . Walking distance of many restaurants and ‘ hot - spots ‘ .

We never did find the swimming pool - a map of the complex would have been very handy. Also instructions for the TV and garbage disposal would have been handy .

Large, clean, comfortable apartment with great view of the sea and a marvellous terrace. Exceptionally well equipped. Nice pool in the complex and very close to cafes, bars etc. That said, communication and support is poor for the prìce paid (more than €250 a night). We had a small problem with the front door lock and asked for help, but no one came. There are multiple house rules posted but no instructions for appliances (eg how to remove the child lock from the oven) or rubbish disposal. When it was time to check out we asked for advice on where to store our bags before going to the airport, they didn't know - it turms out there is a luggage storage service literally next door. At this price for a one bed apartment, I would expect more attention to guests' basic needs.

Fab location, clean modern spacious apartment with everything and more than you need . Comfy bed .Outside space amazing. Highly recommend

The lighting on the stairs to the apartment is poor making it dangerous. Had to use our phone torch to see

Its location was excellent- close to all amenities including the beach. Noise and hustle and bustle is expected being so close to everything but the bedroom was at the back and very quiet. The kitchen area was better equipped than home and with excellent quality kitchenware and appliances. The outside deck was amazing in terms os size and outlook. Sun all day but shade if needed and super sun sets. Supermarkets, restaurants and bars close by and our particular favourite ‘Pipo’ was round the corner but remember to book because it’s highly recommended for great tapas. Staff were excellent and easily contacted. The complex was very secure.

The sun terrace was very spacious and the apartment facilities were amazing.

It had a huge outside terrace which had the sun all day with amazing views of the sea too. It was well equipped with great furniture to make it very comfortable and shade if we needed it. It felt very safe and secure. The kitchen had everything you could need or want even salt, pepper, coffee, and other nuts left by previous guests. Plenty of cleaning materials and equipment. Alexa was a welcome bonus made it even more like home. The ac in the bedroom kept the whole place as we wanted it. The bed was very big and confortable too. The washing machine meant we could wash bedding and towels as we wanted during our 2 week stay. The pool was great a decent size to swim in and never too crowded we always got a bed when we popped up for an hour or two in the day.

It was a little tricky only having one set of door keys but no big issue and we know they are in the process of changing the door/locks so understandable.
