Casa Marzia - Vicino a Sant'Orsola e centro città, silenzioso e accogliente

The apartment is a little out of the centre of Bologna, but still within walking distance of the centre. This means it is in a less touristic neighbourhood, and it is a bit quieter than central Bologna. I really liked that the place is in an inner courtyard, so there is virtually no street noise except the occasional ambulance. The apartment is on the second floor (under the roof), and you need to climb a few stairs, but nothing much. The place is well equipped with stuff for cooking and a large fridge. The apartment has plenty space, it has airco, and the wifi is very good. The host if very friendly and clear instructions are provided upon arrival (much appreciated).

There was nothing important that I did not like.

Para Marzia i Paolo mega przemili ludzie, dostaliśmy możliwość zostawienia bagaży wcześniej jak i pomogli nam w takich sprawach organizacyjnych na miejscu. Mieszkanie urocze i przytulne, niczego nie brakowało.

Very clean,quait area,apartment fitted with all you need

no parking included you need to pay 2.2/hour, close to supermarket quite far from center 2 km walk or you can take bicicle,

Marzia and Paolo were excellent hosts, extremely friendly, accomodating and helpful and gave us great advice on travelling around Bologna. The apartment was very cozy, comfortable, clean and well-equipped. There were plenty of buses around the property that took you directly into the centre of town. The neighbourhood felt very safe, homely and there was a lovely cafe across the street. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

Le logement est un grand studio avec une salle de bain. Il est spacieux et bien équipé. La climatisation est très utile, indispensable surtout l'été car c'est un logement sous les toits et il y fait très chaud. . Bonne wifi, literie correcte. Lit large. Logement calme en ville à 25 minutes a pied du centre. Rue avec parking payant sauf le dimanche. Commodités très proche. Bon accueil de notre hôte. Convient pour un court séjour avec une très bonne qualité prix.

Une photo montrait un petit espace extérieur coquet bien aménagé. On pensait l'utiliser. Mais il s'agit d'un espace partagé avec un voisin qui sert plutôt de fumoir.. beaucoup moins glamour que sur la photo... pour nous, ça été le point négatif.

Was in a convenient position to walk into the centre of town, lots of options for cafes. Good communication with owners. Paolo was a pleasure to meet.
