San Juan Family Penthouse- 2BR & City Views

La casa es muy grande, tiene todo lo necesario, tiene una terraza grande, mas habitaciones son muy independientes, hay aire en toda la casa y la locación es maravillosa.

The location is good, in a residential area with some abandoned bldgs. Private entrance, located up steep stairs on 2nd floor. (not for the mobility impaired) The apartment's living room is bright and airy with windows that open to the outdoors and to a private residential 1st floor courtyard, with no screens.

Extremely expensive and disappointing for our five night stay. Keycode for entry was not sent at time indicated, so we waited to enter. KITCHEN: Crappy coffee pot w/ no filter basket. Three plastic disposable wine glasses. Minimal kitchen utensils/few coffee mugs and glasses. Few substandard pots and pans and and kitchen items, broken wine opener. Cabinets stained & scratched. BEDRMS: No side tables/lamps & no battery cover on A/C remote in one BR. A/C poured water all over clothes in King BR. LIV RM: Ceiling Fan remotes defective. No side tables or lamps. TERRACE: Piles of broken furniture and construction debris hidden behind potted plants. Big buckets of paint/caulk & ladder left out. Dirty damaged rug and vinyl table top pieces(?) in a pile under window. Uncomfortable furniture and no shade provided. What could be an awesome property is sorely lacking in simple amenities and attention to detail.

I love the house and the location.

I didn’t like that in one of the bedrooms the ac was not working properly and it was a little warm and in the master bedroom the tv remote was not working as well so we couldn’t use it.
