It’s near the grand canal shopping mall

Kitchen is so poor of cooking utensils, the entrance of the condo doesn’t have the wealchair access, there was insects inside the apartment most probably came from the damage of the Wall in the bathroom

Nothing

The host was very irresponsible upon check in. Called many times but didnt answer but only responds through texts/chats. Even had the audacity to say that the key was on the lock box. Me the guard and the receptionist were all looking for the lockbox but the mailbox was EMPTY. Took almost an hour and nothing was resolved. Had to cancel amd refund. And just booked on a diff airbnb.

Easy check in and out process, very good location because of its proximity to Venice Grand Canal mall, plus the build has a grocery and restos plus watsons at the ground floor. Plus its pet friendly for an additional of 500php cleaning fee.

great location and only walking distance to my workplace. I got what i need for my overnight stay.

Internet or WiFi service is too weak at the time of my stay. I ended up using my personal mobile data.
