The hotel is not close enough to the strip. The view of the strip is not great.

The Signature at MGM Grand Las Vegas is not a hotel. The Penthouse Suites and other rooms are individually owned and the guests that stay there are not given the standard amenities that are offered in a regular hotel. There was no option for room service and no maid service at all. Instead, guests are required to contact a third party property management company that charges for everything. We could not even trade in our dirty towels for clean ones without contacting this service. I was also told there would be a $30/day per person food and beverage credit but never received it. Lastly, the Signature is located in MGM Grand's tower 3 and there is a very long walk from tower 3 to the casino which is in the MGM Grand hotel.

Great location, had everything we needed!

It made it a bit more challenging for extra ‘anything’ because we booked through a third party. But I asked for extra towels ahead of time so that helped.
