Location was good if you want to stay in Rochdale.

WiFi doesn’t work.. so you’re safer hoping you have lots of data.

Property had no tv

The place was clean and a lot of beds to accommodate a large size family

The toilet has no Toilet paper.

There was excrement on the floor and on some of the beds. Urine stains were on one of the beds. There are lots of unknown stains on the walls, floor, and on the beds. The WiFi password given to us was not connecting, and once I messaged the owner, he read the message but didn't respond. Health and safety hazards in the bathroom, there is a cracked stone tile in which I cut my foot on once, leaving the shower. It's very dirty overall, and one of the radiators wasn't connected to the wall and was on the floor. I have pictures of all of this and am extremely unhappy with the money I spent on this property.

Very Little, convenience to location, but will travel a little further to get a more suitable surroundings, somewhere less hindered by no maintenance or space planning

Kitchen heater off the wall, no cutlery (been like this since previous reviews) Beds crammed in under eves of roof, bedside table lights _ Don't work as no sockets to plug them into - Plus no bulbs to light If you could. Bathroom, sink leaks saucepan under sink to catch drips. Floor cracked and cracking as walking on it. Cupboard doors falling off Food? left in the fridge? wall clock has no hands, brown smudges/drips on stairs carpet/walls. All bedroom furniture broken. We have snapped photos of things as we spotted/found them. Beds - another experience all together and not a great one.
