"Unpleasant experience"

Dusty room, Bed mattress was old and worn out very uncomfortable, WIFI wasn’t working for 4 days and when inquired manager advised to complain to customer relations online, Building Lift wasn’t working, Toilet seat cover was dirty and broken, No HOT water as geyser wasn’t working. Worst experience ever.
