Lovely home in a very private location, so near the Sequoia National Park entrance from the tiny town of Three Rivers! We loved our wonderful adventure through the LAND OF THE GIANTS in Sequoia! Monumental trees! Nature at its best to enjoy and take it all in! Our stay at this lovely place, made our trip a perfect experience all together. Very clean. Much care and detail was placed in every amenity offered, including a nice coffee & tea section complete with coffee beans, tea bags, sugar, coffee maker, coffee grinder and a frother for your milk, a treat for coffee lovers! 😊👍🍵 Beautiful views to the outdoors from the main bedroom and living room! Very near to the Gateway Restaurant and Grill, which we enjoyed for dinner, and was only about a mile away from the entrance of the park. Restaurant had great bridge and river views! We did not see deer, or bears, but we saw four happy-go-lucky chipmunks sunbathing in the early morning sun, while we were taking in all the beauty of nature around the home from the deck. Jesica was a perfect host! She promtly answered every question we had prior to our stay. Thank you, Jesica!

The little road climbing up to the home was a bit challenging. You really have to give the car some power to get you up there. My kids thought it added some fun to the trip...it was like an Indiana Jones ride! 🫨 Love it or hate it, even though I partcularly didn't love the climb, it was worth it to enjoy this lovely stay!

Beautiful house, has everything needed for a family with kids and even more. We loved grilling and having dinners on the terrace, enjoying the wilderness. Great location, right at the entrance to the Sequoia National Park.

Lovely little home in a really beautiful setting that is about as close to the sequoia gate as you can get.

Driveway is an experience!

This is a beautifully decorated two bedroom cottage with everything you need for cooking, grilling and connectivity to the outside world. It is a great place to stay for day trips into Sequoia.

We had no complaints about anything.

Great location with good access to Sequoia. Close to town of Three Rivers…we loved River View Grill, Pizza Factory, Yogurt shop and the Coffee Shop. Saw some mule deer from the deck one evening. Cool hearing the river from the deck. Really nice view of the hillside. Cool tile work in the bathroom. AC and ceiling fans in every room. Owners were very responsive during our stay.

Could have used more seating the living room. Wished we had seen a bear!

Very convenient to Sequoia/Kings Canyon NPs. Easy drive to a few restaurants and markets in the small town of Three Rivers, though many of them have very limited parking and it's not always easy to get on the road safely after parking. Very nice coffee/tea set-up in the kitchen. Nice to have a fully functional and stocked laundry room. Smart TV so we could watch a movie with our own streaming subscription. Pretty decent wi-fi. Big deck with nice views--could see Moro Rock between the trees, lots of birds and a very cute little squirrel family hanging out on a rock.

Very little storage for clothing--folding beds took up most of the closet and there were no dressers. We were afraid to use the very nice free-standing tub since it looked like it had moved on the floor and we didn't want to risk a leak. Driveway was long and winding, and full of potholes and loose gravel at a sharp uphill turn that made getting up it the first couple of times a challenge--swing a little wide and don't hesitate!

Beds were very comfortable.

The driveway is very rugged and winding. Going down wasn't a problem, but we almost stalled going up the first time. Visitors should know, keep going on the gas to get up the driveway or you won't make it. We had a Honda CRV as our car. But that was the only complaint.
