Sehr schöne, ruhige Anlage mit 2 Pools inkl. Whirlfunktion. Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Die Wohnung klein, aber ausreichend mit Klimaanlage und Balkon. Nettes Willkommenspaket. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Wir waren schon zum 2.x in dieser Anlage.

Wenig Küchenutensilien wie Gläser, Messer, Töpfe etc., da sollte aufgerüstet werden. Ein Außengrill wäre toll.

The apartment itself was good. Airconditioning in bedrooms and living area. Good wifi. You definitely need a car but there are plenty of shops and restaurants in nearby Valledoria. Scratched pans were replaced as requested.

The management company 'Rebirth' were very difficult to deal with and that really spoiled our overall experience of the place. Even before we arrived, we had to follow their strict instructions re: online check-in or else they wouldn't release the code for the key. Then they asked repeatedly to confirm that we had received the arrival information/instructions and that everything was 'clear'. They manage the place entirely remotely, mainly via WhatsApp. Their main office is somewhere near Rome. They do apparently have one or two people on site but we never met them. We know they are there because it transpired from another WhatsApp message that their representatives are keeping tabs on paying guests and reporting back on them. We booked this place trusting the information provided (supported by photos) on Booking that (a) the swimming pool would definitely be open during our stay and (b) this was a holiday complex. Neither turned out to be true. When querying why the pool wasn't open, the WhatsApp operator became quite shirty with us. They were also very patronising. As for the feel of the place, this is actually a residential complex with permanent occupants. Some parts of the grounds were quite untidy, with cluttered patio areas and front gardens, presumably belonging to home owners/long-term tenants. Booking, to their credit, tried to take the issue of the pool up with 'Rebirth' but they didn't respond.

Apartamento el cuál destaco por su limpieza y su rapidez ante cualquier duda. Sin duda lo recomendaré y repetiré!

L'appartement est propre et fonctionnel, la climatisation est présente dans le séjour et les chambres ,c'est un vrai plus surtout en aout. Les extérieurs sont bien entretenus, et il y a deux piscines et des jeux, le temps de repos à la piscine était très agréable et le jardin bien fleuri il est situé en hauteur (voiture obligatoire)dans un complexe d'appartement aux belles couleurs. Les informations pour la prise du logement était claire et précise .

Cómodo y práctico. Completamente equipado. Zona tranquila y cerca de muchas zonas muy bonitas. A 10 minutos de playas muy amplias. Tuvimos un problema con el termitanque y lo resolvieron super rapido.

Por sugerir... faltaba un buen cuchillo de cocina. Una tabla de cortar limpia y grande... poco mas

Location was good with a few local shops and the veiws were great. Apartment was very clean and pool area and communal areas were always well looked after. Friendly helpfull locals.

Electric cut off several times had to ask a local where master fuse box was. Recycling a good idea but does not match leaving days and is only explained when you arrive not before you book. Shower could have been larger.

A car is a must
