Location, size of apartment, value for money

No wifi was available for 4 days out of the 4.5 days i was there. Was also disappointed that staff was unresponsive a few hours after i checked in. Initially i got responses to some clarifications. But thereafter, i didnt get a response. Especially when i was asking about the non access to wifi. The next time i heard from them was the reminder about the check out details
