Spacious Room by Lee Valley White Water Centre. Waltham Cross

Parking was easy. Shops was a 2 min walk if you needed anything. The common area was cleen and can use there faculties with no problem like Free WIFI. Friendly and helpful host 10/10 would stay again if I'm in the area

It didn't bother me, but the room is on the second floor there was a lift but the sleeping area is up flight of stairs so could be a problem for a person with disability

Really close to the Lee Valley whitewater course. Comfortable big bad with fully equipped house and the owner is super nice.

That it was in a shared flat over a set of shops in a residential area. When I initially booked there was no mention of being shared with the owner of the flat. All amenities were shared.

I have no complaints about anything. The room was great, as was the Wi-fi, the facilities, and the host.

It is directly outside of London LEZ (ULEZ) and no issues with need of car registration. The owner of the shared flat, D'Wayne, is a really friendly and helpful host. The shared flat is nicely decorated and really clean. We were able to park the car directly next to the flat, based on the hosts advice.

The flat is next to a busy street and it had been quite noisy throughout the whole night. The area where the flat is located looks a little rough. However, the people we met were friendly.

The room was lovely and part of a large property. All very clean and pleasant to be in. Amazing decor making it feel very homely. Very discreet host with great hospitality skills. Great value for money.

Busy road nearby hence a bit of traffic noise but manageable once getting used to it.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The apartment itself was delightful – clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The convenience of having a small grocery shop right under the apartment was a definite plus, and the proximity to the train station (just a 5-minute walk away) made commuting to central London a breeze. Easy access to London M25 and Stansted Airport, making travelling to and from the area a breeze. The location offers excellent public transport options and a vibrant neighbourhood with plenty to do around the Lee Valley area. If you're considering a stay in this region, I can't recommend this place enough.
