Me encanto el jacuzzi y que todo funcione a la perfección, televisor, heladera, elementos de cocina.

No me gusto la ubicación por el medio de transporte que tenia diaponible que no me permitia moverme con facilidad. En cuanto a las vistas son recuerdos que jamás se borraran de mi mente.

. My stay has been extremely disappointing and stressful due to the following issues: 1. I did not receive any check-in instructions prior to my arrival. I had to contact the host myself, and even then, they initially provided the wrong access code. I was left waiting outside the unit for almost an hour after a long flight. 2. Shortly after gaining access, the electricity went out. It has now been over 5 hours without electricity, and the issue remains unresolved. 3. The host informed me that they might not be able to fix the issue until tomorrow noon. They offered me another room in a different location, but they require me to vacate this unit early tomorrow morning, as it is rented to someone else. This is highly inconvenient, as I would need to move all my belongings after an exhausting day. 4. Despite promises to bring candles or provide temporary solutions, nothing has been done to address the lack of comfort or security. I have screenshots and videos documenting the situation as proof of the host’s lack of preparedness and the poor conditions of the unit. This experience is unacceptable. I kindly request: • Immediate resolution of the electricity issue, or • Assistance in securing suitable alternative accommodation tonight, or • A full refund for this booking due to the host’s failure to provide the promised services. Please address this matter urgently, as I am in a difficult and unsafe situation.
