Location wise OK and room was clean.

Behaviour of the person at the reception was exceptionally bad. Room service staffs were not available since afternoon (After 5 Pm). No food can be ordered not even a cup of tea. When asked for non availability food, tea or coffee the person concerned thoroughly misbehaved. Not at all recommended for stay.

The location was the primary reason why I booked this property

It was a jolt for me. This property is one of the worst I have experienced in terms of management behavior & cleanliness. The very first I checked in hotel found bed linen unchanged & dirty. I booked room with with Breakfast. They serve roadside footpath puri's. When i objected, they threatened to even cancel that off. There is nothing called room service. This is a WORST place & you could be in unsafe situation if comment on their service. They are least bothered about customer experience or rating. I want to get rid of the memories of my stay there. AVOID this place, WORST is the minimum I can say. I even called Booking.com customer care to lodge the complain but hesitated to proceed with complaint suspecting retaliation by the goons managing the management of this hotel. I don't know why even rating 1 should be tagged to this place.
