The house was spotlessly clean, all essential appliances available, heating kept us warm in a cold April. Parking permit enabled parking outside the property. The location is a 10-20 minute walk to town and attractions so we never used the car once parked.

As advertised, a nice well refurbished house in Lincoln, 15 minutes walk to the centre of town. Great communications throughout.

The steep stairs up to the bedrooms would be challenging if you have reduced mobility.

We visited Lincoln with family for our son's garduation, there were 5 of us and the property very easily accomodated 5. All rooms were lean, bright and spacious. Facilities were fab and only a short walk to the centre. Everything you needed was accomodated for ! Would highly recommend and will definitely book when we are next in the area. Great value for money !!

The house was spotless and decorated in a tasteful, neutral scheme. Loved all the little touches and the location was great for Lincoln Town centre but quiet enough to get a decent night's sleep. Lots of space for a family.
