ease of check in. communication ease and response were good. area of apartment.

first and foremost, the toilet was not properly flushed and cleaned. There was unflushed excrement in the toilet bowl. facilities and also the overall furnishing is ok. I had to leave earlier and the whole family ended up staying in a hotel as i had to be away and onlynhad the family left behind. Family members are not comfortable with the aparment and i realised that there is no negotiations or considerations by the owner to provide refund as i checked out on the same night due to an urgent situation and family is not happy staying there. A whats app message was sent to ask for the refund consideration for at least the remaining days and not for the total stay but was rejected.

The house was clean with beutiful and minimalist decoration. There were a lot of restaurants and food stall downstairs convenient to go by foot. The place look exactly like the photos.
