Cleanliness, great facilities and the location was fantastic.

Please don’t take this as a slight, but it was tight around the bedside as my wife has mobility issues.

Excellent cosy and very clean . Easy to access in a lovely village . The red lion pub is a fantastic old pub just 100 yards from the property. The hosts kindly had welcome gifts of a bottle of wine and milk . Great communication from the hosts . We would book again next time in the area

"Lovely place to stay - compact but well-equipped and very comfortable."

This is a great location for the Cornish coast between Helford River and Falmouth. The village pub was 2 minutes walk away and was excellent - friendly, bustling atmosphere with lovely food.
