Beautiful 3 Bed Townhouse with Parking, close to Sea Front

The property is beautifully kept, modern and stunning. All the rooms were decorated well and had lots of room. The proximity to the sea was great and the parking space was a bonus.

It was very well done with an eye to quality. The property was very clean, close to the main promenade and perfectly suitable for a family and friends with 3 bedrooms. Highly recommend.

The bedrooms get hot due with sun. Even though 2 beds had table fans, would be good to have slightly larger fans and in all the 3 rooms for the summer season. That said, it is a minor inconvenience.

A beautifully clean house with lots of bedroom space and bath/shower facilities. A great location near to the sea front and with easy access to all the shops, pubs and cafes in Penzance and Newlyn. The nearby Morrab gardens also provides an easy to reach green space if you have a dog or just want somewhere to sit and relax.

The courtyard garden is quite small and covered in stones which could not be walked on in bare feet or by our dog - so this space was not utilised by us to its fullest.

Very well equipped and clean property. This house is better equipped and more homely compared to the other property. TV in the bedrooms and an excellent balcony to wake up to. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with cooker, washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer. The machines are modern and work perfectly. Parking is free and private. Perfect back yard for a family with dogs. Another excellent stay for us.

Clean, modern, lots of attention to detail and lovely little touches. A really fantastic location and property that was perfect for our needs.
