Cozy Pool Villa near SM Pampanga and Sky Ranch Pampanga

Clean and inviting

A little bit expensive for a place that is limited with basic supplies like towel, bodywash & shampoo.

Clean and Staff are very nice and accommodating.

Clean and comfortable, nice place it's just nearby the center..

No amenties,like towel . blanket..is not enough for the 10 pax..ĺ

The villa was absolutely amazing. It has everything you need for a quick getaway/staycation. Pool is just the right size for a group friends. Rooms/kitchen/living room are all cozy and clean.

Location is a bit OK.

The place was dirty, the cooking utensils were worn-out. The dirty kitchen is literally dirty including the microwave oven. The toilets have no hand soap and tissue paper. There was no drinking water when we arrived. There were no enough foot rags in the toilet. There were black crawling insects on the beds.

The Villa itself is beautiful and a place where you can actually relax. (Hopefully)

Not until the night came. There were insects everywhere even if the doors and windows are closed shut. There were lot of small frogs in the pool that sadly we didn’t enjoy the pool. Their sofa!!! Very disgusting!! You can smell a foam that hasn’t been clean for a very long time. We all got sick when we get home. I will not recommend this place if you have kids with you.
