The owner was lovely and helpful, it was a real family friendly caravan including building blocks and beautiful duvet covers and homely including childrens art work, while also being very clean and well stocked including coffee machine and coffee pods, which surprised us , couldn't ask for better and made our family get together so much easier. Also the staff at the site were amazing, polite and helpful, especially at the reception .

Had the most fabulous stay , the caravan was fully equipped with everything you'd need . The owner obviously pays great attention to the little things. The location was great for exploring Norfolk. Caravan was clean and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. We are a couple who travelled with our 2 small dogs ... the caravan on arrival had a dog bowl laid out and on investigation there were dog beds in the wardrobe for use ,although we brought our own as we weren't sure what to expect as was our first caravan holiday. We loved the small site as it was quiet and tranquil... would DEFINITELY recommend a stay here.

The only thing we found we lacked were a few chairs ( just deck chairs would suffice) to sit outside as we were lucky to enjoy some beautiful warm sunshine . That's the only reason we haven't given a 10 out of 10.... other than that there was NOTHING not to love.

Everything. Great caravan. Everything we needed. We will be back. Lovely site close the facilities. Staff we met and encountered were great. Entertainment was lovely and not to loud

Very happy with the caravan.

Fantastic little caravan. Nice and clean, had everything we needed. Master bed was the comfiest bed I think I have ever slept in! Great location, nice and quiet but with lots to do if we wanted to.
