J Boutique Hotel El Nido Managed by H Hospitality Group

The reception staff were the most friendly and helpful people of anywhere I have stayed and are a credit to the hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. It’s located less than 10 min walk from the beach with some great cafes nearby. It’s also close to attractions such as the zip line and canopy walk. I didn’t have a window in my room, so make sure you set an alarm or you might not realise it’s morning :)

Perfect little budget property that is about 5 minutes from the main beach. Staff were extremely attentive! Surprisingly so! Nothing but nice things to say about every single staff member here. Value for money was truly outstanding. Once again staff were incredible with helping make bookings and remembering small things and reminding me I needed beach towels. Truly the service here is the kind of service I received when I booked a Four Seasons hotel. Give them all raises and tip them well because they DESERVE IT!!!

I did not realize how small the bunk bed room was going to be, but that’s on me. The ladder was a little rough to climb up and down and I’m 25. The mattresses were not my favorite thing either. Very small stuff, but very worth it for the money paid. Overall more pros than cons.

Franchement tout était top, mais j avoue que la chambre est vraiment petite.

Staff - super nice. Location quite good. ( my young adult kids really liked the place)

Room size - no window ( my fault for not checking description) and roof top area not finished or had any seating.

Bunk bed room was the same small size as the towel closet across the hall. No windows, claustrophobic feeling. Thin plastic mattress on hard wooden slab bunk beds. Location on the edge of El Nido town.

Great location if you want to stay in El Nido which has many bars/restaurants and is a good hub for the boat excursions. We had the 6-person room which was large and had large windows to the street below although the bathroom is tiny. Beds were very comfortable though. Front desk helped us book scooters which we rode 35 minutes to Nacpan Beach and gave us free vouchers to use the pool and beach chairs at their sister hotel there. Once we saw the unbelievably beautiful Nacpan Beach we realized we should have stayed there and commuted to El Nido instead.
