Location was excellent

The only problem was not enough light in the bathrooms for applying makeup

The villa was perfectly situated, clean and very spacious

- Reservation and first contact: as soon as reservation was confirmed owner contacted us offering the help and readiness to answer any questions; - Arrival and first meeting: we were in contact with property after landing in FUE. It took some time to pick up rented car and came to the destination. When finally we came Angela was waiting for us, met near the villa, showed everything and provided useful information about the location (shops, attractions etc.). It was really nice to find welcome drinks in the fridge (water and beer), sweets and bottle of Cava in the property. - The villa: it is spacious, comfortable, beautiful and clean - fully consistent with the photographs presented. The house has everything for a comfortable stay - a lot of new towels, bedding, soft comfortable pillows, a hairdryer, all the necessary utensils in sufficient quantity - everything you need. The house is fully equipped, even more than you can expect. There is a large flat-screen Smart TV with a lot of channels and DVD with a huge collection of discs. The main bedroom has air conditioning. The villa inside is clean and fairly recently renovated. Everything is very beautifully decorated, the design was made with heart: a lot of soft decorative pillows, blankets, interesting decorative elements: candles, figurines, paintings, vases. There is always a very pleasant smell of aromatic oils in the house. There are mosquito nets on the windows. Also you can find two beach chairs which will be useful when you go to the beach. - Location: less then 5 minutes walking distance to the beautiful beach; car parking on the street near the house was always available, close to the shopping area and bars, but far enough away so that the noise does not disturb evening relaxation on the patio or terrace. - Owner's support and problem solving speed: During our stay, there was a problem with hot water, which we reported to Angela around 11pm. It was resolved next day before 10am. Thank you!

- As was already written in the previous review, there is a construction site right next to the villa . However, this did not bother us at all: during 11 days of our stay, work on the construction site was carried out for only 2 days, maximum 1-2 hours in the morning, after which the builders closed the site and left. - Sad to have only 11 days to stay here. Really like to return again.

Proximity to the beach

Unfortunately they are building a new house from scratch next door to the villa. So we had one day of cement trucks on the site all day long. The noise reduced on the following days, and no working at the weekends.
