We arrived, parked up and found local youths attempting to get access to our 3 work vans, we left and found an alternative accommodation as we could not afford to lose our tools. The area is in the roughest area in Nottingham. We asked for a refund as we did not feel it was safe to stay there. We was offered a refund of £150 as a gesture of goodwill, which left us £350 out of pocket. I have just read a response to a review on trip advisor, where we was “apparently” rude and homophobic towards staff. This is complete rubbish, I have all of the conversations logged on booking.com and I will publish if required. Do not go to this house.
