"Accessible, clean and with parking"

They have a designated parking space for a fee, parking in BGC is very expensive. Property owner is easy to communicate with. The room is really clean and complete with toiletries. I'LL DEFINITELY BOOK AGAIN IF WE NEED TO BE IN UPTOWN AREA.

There was no Netflix. Other than that, the place is AWESOME!

Near all restaurants and cafes. Swimming pool available only during mondays to Fridays for guests. We arrived friday at 7:00, and hurry unpack , got to use the pool before it close at 10:00. Or else, no swim for our 3 nights stay. It is too hot in Manila. Check in a little bit confusing because the code of the box to get the key is false. It was corrected by message via booking .Make sure you have data ( internet) in your phone because you check in on your own after the concierge allows you to you to go through. In all 3 days we were there, i slept in a very slim foam bed With kids’ beddings. They have only a double bed.For two to sleep together. The sofa is not useful to sleep on because its small.(see the photo in their room) If only they provide a longer sofa, then it can be useful as twin bed for guests who sleeps separately. The extra bed is too thin, 4 inches thick only. Got a back ache after my 3 nights stay. And it is in BGC.
