Light filled Condo 3 Bedrm with enclosed sunny backyard

We enjoyed our stay at Robs place. The backyard was a beautiful and relaxing place for us to grill and hangout. Very clean and kitchen was well stocked with the basics.

My kids and dad stayed here for my brother's wedding. Location was great, close to Emeryville and a nice quiet area. Dad loved the garden. Will book him in here again next time he visits. Tranquil stay. Beautifully decorated.

The host was very responsive and helpful. The condo is in a nice quiet neighborhood. Previous reviews had commented that the backyard was overgrown, but it is really in beautiful condition now.

Great house for exploring San Francisco and Berkeley. Felt right at home and it was great to have 2 bathrooms and also a study. Backyard is cute too.

Kitchen was very well stocked. I liked all the finishing touches - plants, candles. Very clean and nicely laid out. We had a very relaxing time here. Parking super easy.

Apartment was beautiful. The beds were very comfortable. The backyard was such a peaceful sunny place to relax. we would love to come back.

I stayed here with my bf for 5 nights. The apartment was super cute, clean and had all the bells & whistles. There were 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, as well as an office. Kitchen was well stocked. Backyard had a grill and outdoor seating. The location was perfect! Rob was a great host and was very accommodating. He responded quickly and was very informative. The TV remote wasn't working and we quickly figured out it was the batteries, which he replaced immediately. He left us wine and coffee was delicious. Easy control of heating via the nest, great sonos speaker and nice neighbors. Ample street parking. Would definitely stay here again.
