MXel hotel esta muy limpio, el servicio excelente sobre todo el restaurante y la comida rica
la foto del hotel del cuarto nada que ver, cuando reserven que les den el cuarto de la foto, a nosotros nos toco como una caballeriza hecha cuarto , por lo tanto no eran mis expectativas.

Rooms a bit far from entrance you have to make sure if you uber or take a taxi there that they drive you all the way inside Also if you go during rainy season you may loose electricity come prepared
MXEl complejo en general es muy bonito, por la noche la iluminación de los jardines y áreas comunes son muy agradables, las habitaciones estan bien, es decir cumplen con el equipamiento necesario y muy agradable. No hay Tv.
La alberca principal esta muy descuidada, aunque el agua está limpia y tiene buena temperatura, le hace falta mantenimiento y filtros que le permitan estar limpia.
