Apartment in Sandvika Bærum - Great view and Attractive

The location is very nice with an overview since it's uphill and if you like solitude, this could be the place with so much greenery. Complete facilities inside the unit.

Challenging to walk all the way from the bus stop going to the apartment if you commute since it is elevated and uphill. But if you have a car, no issue but only from the road going upstairs to the unit. Also, the bathroom door needs fixing.

The bed was comfortable, the apartment was spacious.

The title of the apartment says 'centrally located '. It is not in walking distance to anywhere except a bus stop. Definitely NOT centrally located. The garbage hadn't been emptied. There was lots of wet washing left in the laundry, and hanging in a wardrobe. We only had half a wardrobe for our clothes. The oven needs cleaning. The freezer needs cleaning. The water hose from the washing machine is in the bathroom. When you use the machine, the hose comes loose and spills water on the bathroom floor. There is no outdoor dining setting on the front deck. There's only 2 small chairs, unlike the photos.

very in need of renovation, sofa smells like a wet dog, WLAN didn‘t work, everything seems to be a bit run down

In the room there is a kitchen that can cook.

The room is on a hill which requires very high stairs, making it difficult to transport luggages and seniors person.

It's obviously a budget option on the outskirts of the city, but as such, it is great and especially great value for money. The apartment has nice views of the local valley. Everything worked just fine and I have found both the couch and bed comfortable.

Parking was a bit difficult. Not only was the parking covered by thick snow and ice, finding a free spot was often not easy. The electric heating was alright for the bedroom, though it didn't quite cover the whole apartment.

Bed was comfortable/ heating excellent/ good shower with ample hot water/ample bedroom cupboard & wardrobe space/good view

Only one (hard) towel on arrival (for 2 people)/bed not made up/ bedding crumpled/washing machine full of wet linen and light flashing/generally shabby and some places unclean/fridge and kitchen bin weren't emptied from previous occupant and oven greasy/no wifi password till we phoned for it/snow and ice leading to apartment not gritted. Hot tub advertised but couldn't see one (although we didn't need it)
