Few staff were nice.

Very very very noisy property, imagine you came to relax and then you have digging sound and someone watching you from the window. Room had been changed after complaint but problem not solved. Rooms service was bad, we had to claim room cleaning and towels change every day. On check out they wanted to charge me the room service of another room, even if I told the receptionist that it’s not our room she insisted. Of course we didn’t pay. Very far from center

Dinner was very good, staff at the restaurant very nice and kind, although they don't have a lot of English

Way too much noise, walls are too thin and we couldn't sleep, which is rather bad for a 4 star hotel. Location at 10 km from Jaipur center is not great, either

The room n the ambience was wonderful but the terrace area was not so good

The menu of breakfast n the quality of breakfast was not good

Even though isn’t that far from the city center, considering Jaipur traffic… it’s not well located

I recently stayed at this newly built hotel for 5 days, and I have to say, the experience exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel right at home. Special thanks to Geetanshu, Sadaram, Ayushi, Deepshika, and Babu Lal ji (sorry if i missed out any) – they were all incredibly welcoming, courteous, and went out of their way to make sure I had a comfortable stay. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and stylish, with all the amenities you'd need for a relaxing stay. The food was also a highlight – delicious and varied, so there was something new to try every day. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, I was never disappointed. The hospitality was really what stood out, though. Every time I needed something, the staff was quick to help and always with a smile. It really made a difference in how much I enjoyed my time there. The only thing I missed a lot during this stay was youtube and netflix. Rest everything was more than fine. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. I’m already looking forward to coming back!
