Worst staff, Worst behaviour especially the one with brown eyes. I was supposed to take myself my stuffs from the car to the room (as was said that the employees are off duty). A.C was not working in one room, Towels were not provided in one room. The housekeeping boy vanished when asked for the same. Stains were all over the bed sheet and stinky smell was there in the whole area. No complimentary water or any facility which can make this hotel "a hotel". We booked for two nights but checked out early next day because of their wretched behaviour. I made videos also to post but there is no facility of uploading video.

Delicious food, super tasty, right near airport and railway station chandigarh.

. Nothing liked. They were blaming you as a third party.

We did not get the room what we booked. The room was very congested and no extra for third person. No breakfast given which was included

Location and value for money.

The staff are super friendly and helpful with any request. Very good location
