"Déçu par le niveau d’une prestation vendue comme une suite 4*"

Le dîner du dernier soir au restaurant de l’hôtel. La piscine agréable. Le personnel à l’écoute et aimable.

Le niveau de prestations de ce qui vendu comme une « suite », n’est pas à la hauteur des attentes. « Suite » sous le toit, hauteur du plafond très basse, fenêtres minuscules, 2eme lit inconfortable pour mon fils, 2eme étage sans ascenseur. Ce n’est pas une prestation 4* et pas une suite.

Beautiful old building with lovely spacious room and bathroom. Staff lovely

Pool area really needs attention. Grass all bare , tired sun loungers and pool towels - needs renovating
