Pickup from airport arranged by hotel was good and reliable Staff was friendly and helpful.

Lack of cleanliness in general and foul smelling wet room. Furniture were dust laden. Do not have dinning facility, though staff were happy to arrange to order food and deliver them to the room.

The hotel responded promptly to our requests and were considerate.

The room didn't have kettle and coffee/tea supplies. Location was said to be near airport but it was nearly 15 minutes drive away.

The bedroom was reasonably spacious and comfortable. They provided the complimentary airport drop-off as promised.

The bathroom fixtures were old and rusty, and there was a noticeable odour. Additionally, I could hear other residents in the building from 5 am onwards, which was preventing me from sleeping.
