I had a fantastic stay during my Bangalore visit. As a solo female traveler arriving hotel at late night, I was delighted by professional service and safety provided by the hotel. The complimentary Airport pickup was seamless, thanks to the professional driver. I stayed in a room with balcony and i must say the view was amazing. I highly recommend this property for a convenient and enjoyable stay near airport.

All is okay but serving tea & food in Polythene bags is something too bad.Steel Tiffen boxes & Thermus Flasks need to be procured for getting food from outside.

The room was big by usual standards. The bed was comfortable and toilet clean. The staff was also helpful. The place is good for a short stay. We stayed only for a few hours before our flight back home.

There was no other piece of furniture in the room. No table or chair. We had to have the room delivered food on the bed itself. The water from the AC unit was let to flow into the washroom entrance itself. So there was no way to leave the toilet without wetting our legs
