Raphael was lovely - friendly, welcoming and communicative. The bed was super comfy.

A TV would have been nice. And an option to put heating on.

"Lovely Stay in Kingston"

Everything we needed; bed was very comfortable, shower was nice, and location was great. The owner was reliable with communication and met us upon arrival and explained everything.

You can hear some noise from the street, but it was not excessive.

The host was brilliant his communications and readiness to meet our needs was great. A really warm welcome and flexible arrival times were really appreciated

Sadly due to an oversight no towels were available. The host was most apologetic that this situation had arisen
