Lovely Studio Room in the heart of Kingston upon Thames

The location was ideal for our requirements. The host was so accommodating when we checked in. We had been delayed and I wasn't able to let him know and he ended up having to wait around. He was very understanding.

Something was left in a drawer by previous guests - host apologised. Not a problem. A plug in the sink would be helpful for when washing dishes. There was [cigarette] smoke in the shared space when we returned to the room after breakfast on the morning we checked out.

I booked this property on the 10th and cancelled on the 12th. Stay scheduled for the 13th. Whilst it was not refundable... and I appreciate that... they declined my request for a refund. Technically they can do this - but it's not like I'd had the booking all that long. They got their money, but not my loyalty... nor a good review. They could have offered a partial, offered to change the day... offered a discount on another time, asked for the reasons. I got a polite reply saying no. Meh. I won't recommend.

the listing showed room with lobby all inclusive, its not. for the price just a small room with unusable kitchenette is not worth it

Excellent location! Clean place, clean towels and great WIFI...

The bed is not too comfortable.

The host Raphael was so accommodating. We ended up arriving a little later than expected due to travel issues and he waited for us to arrive to show us around etc. The apartment was an idea location for the concert we were staying in Kingston for and has a lovely little coffee shop on the corner of the street.

We like the breakfast place (Marna) we went just round the corner. The place starts early and serves good breakfast. We also like the convenience of the location. We went for walks along the scenic river, had delicious food in restaurants overlooking the river and shopped at the interesting marketplace nearby..We also found out that we can easily hop on the bus to the airport near our accommodation...

The apartment is sandwiched by two streets. The one on the main street leading to the apartment is reasonably clean to walk on. However, the backstreet is not ideally clean to walk along.

The location was good and the property is spacious.

The shower stopped working, after 1 min in the shower it went freezing cold then just stopped completely. There’s no tv but tbh I didn’t read the description in too much detail.

Needed a last minute place to stay for work and Raphael was very accommodating (even let me check out an hour later due to my work calls). It was comfortable, clean and in the town centre. The bed was also very comfortable and nice to see toiletries in the bathroom!

The walls are thin so you can hear the neighbours but it wasn’t enough to bother me/ no fault of the host.
